Tom Waldschmidt
At the age of 15, owner and founder, Tom Waldschmidt, began working in masonry and quickly grew a passion and understanding for the trade and the hard working people in the trade.
After completing his degree, within the Agriculture school at the University of Missouri in 2003, Tom launched his career at Midwest Block and Brick. At Midwest Block and Brick Tom worked with mason contractors, archtitects, and general contractors selling a wide variety of masonry products including brick, CMU, stone and masonry accessories. in 2008 Tom begin his career in the cast stone industry, where he expanded his clientele from masons in St. Louis to masons all over the country. He continues to this day working with mason contractors on large scale commercial projects across the US.
In 2019, Tom established Waldschmidt Equipment, a FRACO Dealer, to service masons and general contractors in CO, MO, and IL.
He is a recognized FRACO dealer, in addition to a national sales manager for Midwest Cast Stone.
